Cancellation Policy
We have a STRICK 24 hour cancellation policy, if you need to reschdule to cancel you must do so PRIOR to 24 hours. After 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of the full price service cost! Failure to call or show in a timely manor will be charged 80% of the service. My time is just as valuable as yours and if i lose the spot that takes away from a client who would have paid full price for the service. Upon booking you are agreeing to these terms!
Age Policy
Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive services, 16 - 17
years of age may get services with a signed parent consent form.
Late Policy
As all appointments are booked for a specific amoutn of time, If you are late to a appointment, the time will come out of your scheduled time frame.
If you are later then 15 minutes to your appointment it will be considered a no show/ cancellation... please see cancellation policy!
